We act solely as a software provider and technology partner. Any financial, trading, payment, or liquidity-related services visible or accessible through the Platform are offered exclusively by licensed third-party partners and regulated entities. Liquid Pro does not hold any financial licenses and is not required to hold them, as our core activity is software development and platform maintenance.

All regulated activities (including but not limited to trading, custody of funds, payment processing, and KYC/AML procedures) are performed by our carefully selected licensed partners. We only provide the technological infrastructure that allows these partners to deliver their services to end users.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an Application, completing Verification, using any form on the Platform, or simply browsing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All actual financial products and services are delivered by independent licensed entities. Liquid Pro only supplies the software layer.

 

5. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to complete the Application and Verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
